1. Who we are

Walid Bouzenzen, trading as ProcessTool, Doha, Qatar, is responsible for the personal data collected through processtool.net and the Flowmax software. Contact: support@processtool.net.

2. What we collect

Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email: name, work email, company, industry and your message.
Licence data: licence key, edition, activation dates, and a technical identifier of the computer on which Flowmax is activated, used only to validate the licence.
Purchase data: when you buy, our reseller Paddle.com (the Merchant of Record) collects your billing and payment details. We receive the order details (name, email, company, country, product) but never your card details.
Website usage data: pages visited, browser type and IP address, as recorded by our website host.

Your Flowmax models and project files stay on your computer; Flowmax does not upload them.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiries, set up trials and licences, provide support, send important notices about your licence and Flowmax updates, and improve our website and software. We send marketing emails only if you agreed, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the business: Paddle (payments, invoicing and taxes), our licensing service provider (licence activation), GitHub (website hosting), Web3Forms (delivery of the contact form) and Microsoft 365 (email), or when the law requires it. These providers may process data outside Qatar.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. Licence and order records: while your subscription is active and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to support@processtool.net. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the version published on this page applies.
