Flowmax can be evaluated free of charge before you buy. Please use the trial to confirm that Flowmax meets your needs.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Flowmax, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a subscription. When a refund is made, the licence is deactivated.

3. Renewals

You can turn off automatic renewal at any time; your subscription then stays active until the end of the period already paid. A renewal payment can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.

4. How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and issues all refunds. Email support@processtool.net with your order number, or contact Paddle through the link in your purchase receipt. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.
