The website processtool.net and the Flowmax software are provided by Walid Bouzenzen, trading as ProcessTool, Doha, Qatar ("ProcessTool", "we", "us"). Contact: support@processtool.net.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Flowmax licences are annual subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; your licence then stays active until the end of the period already paid. We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before your renewal.
When you have paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Flowmax during your subscription, for the edition you bought:
You may not copy Flowmax (except for backup), modify, decompile or reverse engineer it, rent, resell or sublicense it, share licence keys outside your organisation, or bypass the licence controls. Activating a licence needs an internet connection to our licensing service.
A trial licence is for evaluation only. It is limited in time and may be limited in features, and it must not be used for paid project work.
Flowmax is a calculation tool for qualified engineers. Its results depend on the data entered and on the modelling choices made. You are responsible for checking the input data, verifying the results, and for every design, engineering and operating decision taken with the help of the software. Flowmax does not replace professional engineering judgement.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct defects you report to us. Apart from that, and to the extent allowed by law, Flowmax is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is free of errors, will run without interruption, or is fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProcessTool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business, or for any damage arising from designs, construction, operation or decisions based on results obtained with Flowmax. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your Flowmax licence in the 12 months before the claim.
Flowmax, its documentation and this website belong to ProcessTool. Your models and project data remain yours.
We may suspend or end a licence if these terms are breached, including non-payment or misuse of licence keys.
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies; we will inform subscribers of important changes by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Doha, Qatar, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
