Refund Policy

Flowmax is available for evaluation through a free trial period. We encourage you to use the trial to assess whether Flowmax meets your requirements before purchasing a licence.

Due to the nature of software licences, all sales are final once a licence key has been issued and the software has been activated. We do not offer refunds on purchased licences except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• The software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• A duplicate purchase was made in error.
