ProcessTool grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Flowmax software in accordance with the licence type purchased. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicence the software without our written permission.

Flowmax is licensed for use by qualified engineers for professional engineering calculations. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all results and for ensuring that calculations comply with applicable standards and regulations.

All intellectual property rights in Flowmax and the ProcessTool website are owned by ProcessTool. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
